Over 8 million people in the United States have psoriasis and finding an effective treatment is often a long journey of trial-and-error — until now.
The immune-mediated disease, which causes inflammation in the body, is marked by itchy, crusty raised plaques and scales on the skin. They’re commonly found on the elbows, knees, and scalp.
